Our Office provides legal assistance to its clients to prepare and submit applications to the Competition Authority for exemptions, negative clearances and mergers and acquisitions notifications. We advise in all aspects related to competition law including investigations carried out by the Competition Board, non-competition, distribution and supply agreements and competition compliance programs.

We further represent our clients before the Council of State against decisions of the Competition Board mainly granted upon an investigation or a merger and acquisition transaction.
